72 United needed penalties to claw their way past Eden's to book their ticket in this season's cup final.

There hasn't been much to choose between these two teams recently. In their previous three encounters Eden's had won one, the other two had been score draws. All of these games have been feisty occasions and this one was no different. Whilst both overseers saw the match differently, their spirit of the match ratings agree upon a need for improvement when the teams meet in the future.

As a footballing spectacle, it was a good close fought game. Eden's had the most of the possession, but United were dangerous on the counter.

Whilst the scores were locked at one a piece, Eden's thought they had scored the winner, only for play to be called back for an unclear call for a foul in their own half.

When it came to the penalty shoot out, United perfectly despatched all three of theirs, whilst Eden's scored one, with one narrowly missing the target and the other crashing against the cross bar.
